FAQ

The smallest doubts deserve the best answers.

01.
How do we communicate throughout the project?

Communication is facilitated through meetings and chat interactions with clients, as well as using task management tools. All designs are handled by our team in Japan / US / Germany. Most of our team members, including those overseas, are fluent in more than two languages, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project progression.

02.
Is it possible to change features or specifications during development?

In cases where there are many uncertain elements in the initial stages of development, or when new facts emerge that differ from initial expectations, we recommend agile development. Agile development features shorter cycles, allowing for modifications in features and specifications with minimal impact on the overall project.

03.
Can I request development if the requirements and specifications are not yet finalized?

Absolutely. We collaborate with our clients from the outset, starting with initial consultations and issue analysis, progressing to the creation of screen transitions. This approach allows us to refine specifications and advance development together.
