Solution Design

Figure out what to build — before you spend a dollar building it.

Most digital projects fail not because of poor engineering — but because they started from the wrong assumption. Solution Design is where we map the real problem, validate the approach, and define exactly what's worth building. We work with what already exists in your business: your processes, your data, your customers. No big-bang rebuilds. Just clarity on what to do next.

Solution Design

What we do

  • Map the real problem — not the assumed one
  • Identify the market gap your product can own
  • Define what to build, what to skip, and why
  • Rapid prototyping to test assumptions with real users

What is Solution Design?

Solution Design is how companies — from early-stage startups to century-old enterprises — get from 'we know something needs to change' to 'here's exactly what we're building and why.' It's the phase that prevents $500k of development from solving the wrong problem.

We work directly with your team — founders, operations leads, product managers — to surface the real constraints, the actual user needs, and the business logic that technology has to serve. Not what you think users need. What they actually do.

The output isn't a deck. It's a validated plan: architecture decisions, a scoped backlog, a tested prototype, and a go/no-go recommendation your team can act on. If it doesn't make sense to build — we'll tell you that too.

This is right for you if: your company has a digital transformation mandate but no clear product roadmap; you're a legacy business (financial services, healthcare, logistics, retail) whose processes need digitizing; you've identified a market opportunity but don't know the right technical approach; or you've been burned before by building the wrong thing and want to validate before committing to development.

Problem Definition Report
View More
A clear, written articulation of the real problem, the actual users affected, and where the market opportunity lies. Not the problem you assumed — the one your users actually have. This becomes the anchor document for everything that follows.
Competitive & Market Analysis
View More
Who is already solving this, where they fall short, and what gap your product can credibly own. Includes market sizing relevant to your specific vertical — whether that's healthcare, fintech, logistics, or enterprise SaaS.
Validated Product Scope
View More
A defined list of what to build first, what to defer, and why — based on user validation, not internal opinion. Includes a prioritized backlog and feature rationale your engineering team can act on without guessing.
Technical Architecture Blueprint
View More
System design, recommended tech stack, third-party integrations, and data model — chosen to serve your specific scale and compliance requirements. Built to grow, not to impress.
Tested Prototype
View More
A clickable, user-tested prototype demonstrating the core flow. Something you can put in front of real users, investors, or internal stakeholders — not a static mockup that no one clicks through.
Go / No-Go Recommendation
View More
An honest, written assessment of whether and how to proceed. What the build will cost, what success looks like at each stage, and what risks need to be mitigated. If it doesn't make sense to build — we'll tell you that too, before you spend a dollar on development.
